Hello Everyone

I hope you’re all keeping safe and well.

A few things to mention this time.

Firstly, I’ve attached the results of the Autumn 25m competitions. Congratulations to all those who showed the courage to take part! There were some really good scores from ‘first timers’, and Jimmy and I will certainly be well challenged as these folks get a bit more experience.
The winter stage of the comps start now; you have until the end of February to get your cards in. Hopefully, we’ll have some new entrants this time. Card sets are available from the ROs. The end of Feb may seem a long way off, but don’t leave it too late!

Christmas opening times – these are our usual hours, with the obvious exception of Christmas Day, which falls on a Wednesday. We will be open on Boxing Day with a competition for those who want to have a go – ten shots, freestanding, in a minute is the thinking at the moment.
On Friday 13th we are having a Christmas themed shoot at 100m; there are a variety of seasonal targets to have a go at and the club benchrest gun will be available. It would be good (but not essential) if everyone could bring some sort of prize.

Finally, I think we’ve reached the time where on-range parking has to end for the time being, with the usual exceptions. The ground is very soft now.

Oh, almost forgot – it’s guest day this Saturday (7th Dec). Usual T&Cs apply.

Best regards for now
