I hope you’re all keeping safe and well.
You have hopefully noticed that the access road has been repaired and the old white fence replaced. There remains some work to be done on the road but we need some rain on it first!
We have some members with some ammo for sale. Simon has some .223 rounds and Jimmy some .223 and .308. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll pass the message on.
We have been asked by the shooting ground to participate in their corporate day on Friday September 11th. We’ve done this several times before and it has been sucessful both in terms of enjoyment for the participants and the club coffers (we got over £400 last year). Anyone who would be available to help please let me know. All .22 ammo will be provided by the club. It’s a good chance to show off interesting firearms and let the guests shoot a round or two.
Remember that the 25m comp is up and running, with sets of cards in the black shed available from the RO of the day. You have until the end of September to get your entries in.
I’m back at the range as usual for the next few Saturdays so the card reader will be available for anyone who wants to use it.
