I hope you’re all keeping safe and well.
A final reminder about our guest day tomorrow (4th July) – the weather is set fair and the food should be of its usual high standard. Come along and enjoy, even if you only turn up for the nosh!
Tomorrow is also the last opportunity to hand in competition cards for the Spring 25m comps. I think I’ve got all that are coming but will hang onto the final results in case any surprises arrive tomorrow. I know we will need new sets of cards for the Summer season July/August/September but I haven’t had chance to compile these yet, and it may be a week or two before I do. I’ll keep you posted. We have enough cards and badges for one more season. After that, we can review whether to continue with the competitions or not.
Plans are afoot for the resurfacing of the access road and replacing the white wooden fence. Neil is in charge of organising this. It is unlikely that whatever work is done will cause much disruption to our shooting schedule, but I’ll obviously keep you informed.
I will not be at the range next Saturday (July 11th). This means the card reader will not be available for ammo purchases. However, I will leave the box of outstanding membership cards with Ray in case anyone should turn up to collect theirs. There are still quite a few left.
